Advanced laser for special uses. Requires advanced training. Epilog laser experience is a training prerequisie.

Limited use for sttel metal up to 1/8", stainless up to 2mm (DIFFERENT head)

Eye protection for ALL in area!
Keep head on swivel for other people unprotected in surrounding areas - including wood shop and welding!
Make sure head is in FULLY UP position before aligning, and when parking after use!
If it doesn't cut correctly immediatley - STOP! (Doulbe check head temperature is warm or hot STOP!!!)

Twist big power handle to ON. (PC and RATT will boot)
Make sure head is all the way UP
RATT in when RATT launches
Run KCAM7 When PC Boot
Turn key "off" then back "on" on black DSP box - all lights to green
Push green "start" button on laser power control
Push green "Start" button for exhaust system
Make sure head is all the way UP
Go into "Manual/test" tab/button on KCAM
"Align Table" when button is green
Launch Corel Draw
Import Artwork - make sure all art is:
Unlocked (right click)
Hairline width
No Fill
Press weird "P" Icon (See picture below)
Art will import from Corel only when/after all windows (eg "Manual" dialog) is CLOSED
Use "Settings" tab to load material settings. Note that materials are in directory labled like "BUILD something something" in Quick folder list
Go back into "Manual"- move laser to start corner or center - then do an "Alignment" per
Drop head to proper height
Go into "Cut" or "engrave" to fire
Note that you can turn DSP Key switch to OFF to dry-run
Start button to start....
Continue button (again) to really start
