Authorization

To get authorized on the Form 4:

1. Complete the Form 4 Self-Authorization Guide

2. Schedule a 30 minute in-person practice session with the RM (Email: 3dprinting@makeitlabs,com)

The practice session is to go over some important hands-on practice for loading and unloading prints to prevent damage to the machine and increase print success. Include a few potential dates and evening (weekday) or morning (Weekend) times you may be available, as availability of slots per week is exceptionally limited.

Available Resins and BYO considerations

There are many resins available for the Form 4, however MakeIt Labs will only be stocking limited varieties due to cost. These are:

• Grey Resin V5 (Datasheets)

• White Resin V5 (Datasheets)

• Clear Resin V5 (Datasheets)

On some occasions if there is enough demand, we will look at adding additional resins. For example Silicone was recently added as a special case in limited quantities.

If you require a specific resin for your own use, you are welcome to purchase it, however be aware that you will need three things:

1. The resin itself

2. A dedicated Form 4 Vat for your resin

3. A dedicated mixer paddle for your resin.

This prevents cross-contamination of resins and minimizes cleanup work for all users by ensuring switching resins is as simple as swapping the cartridge and the vat, not manually cleaning each item.
