  • Anyone entering the space must sign the Waiver and Code of Conduct forms.

  • Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

• Cars must be moved out within 24 hrs except when cleared by a board member. These exceptions shall not exceed a period of 1 week.

  • Any IP developed at MakeIt is the sole duty and responsibility of the developer. i.e. We won't steal it, but we won't protect it.

  • If welding is done on a vehicle within flammable zone, gas tank must be removed from the premises before welding.

Changes to the building or infrastructure require prior approval from the Board:

    • No modifications of the exterior walls (including drilling holes)

    • No modifications or access to the roof

    • No painting of unpainted masonry or brickwork
