Epilog Training
The Epilog Fusion Pro 48 is our newest, biggest laser which can be used for cutting and engraving materials such as wood, acrylic, foam, carboard and more! Is it a great first-machine to get trained on and start making stuff, and also serves as a good introduction to 2D (and some 3D) design!
As the Epilog is very new, we are in the process of creating a training curriculum to authorize people for use of the laser. Please stay-tuned for more information.
There will be a few different types of training offered:
Rabbit-to-Epilog Online Self-Training - This is a 50 minute online at-home course for users who have been previously trained and authorized on the old Rabbit QX-80, are comfortable with it's use, and are seeking a simple path to fast authorization - after which they are comfortable using other resources to fill-in any gaps or questions specific to the new laser. Epilog New User Hybrid Authorization - This is generally the fastest way to get authorized. It involves two (appx. 40 minute) videos with a short project in between, followed up by a quick in-person checkout and Q&A session. Upon completion, you will be able and authorized to use the laser yourself.
Epliog New User In-Person Authorization - This will be an appx. 2 1/2 hour in-person class to learn about the lasers. A fee for this class will apply. Upon completion, you will be able and authorized to use the laser yourself. See Schedule and Reserve Tickets
