Uses are highly encouraged to purchase and provide their own tooling. "Mini-Mill"-sized endmills can be purchased on Amazon (and from other places). Our collets can accept 1/8", 4mm & 1/4" shaft diameter tools.

Startup and Initial Referencing of Machine

Establishing initial Work Offsets (ie Zeroing machine, G54 Position) - This does not cover using the Tool Setter to do this

Setup Tool Setter (ie ETS - G37 Position) - Skip Section 1

Any time you change the tool:

2. Make sure new tool number is selected

2. "Move and Set Tool length" in Offsets->Tools

MAKE SURE you have set up your ETS and G37 position before doing this!
